Masteroppgave folkehelsevitenskap ME516 - Universitetet i Agder 2016 The purpose of this study is to investigate the local implementation of national public health policies. Attention focus on the early phase of the prosess of implementation, and exactly towards the local decisionmakers and how they understand the national public health policies.
